PPSB RFP 26-002 | EVNIRONMENTAL SERVICES (DR) DISASTER RECOVERY

The Plaquemines Parish School Board is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive environmental services on an as‑needed basis for properties impacted by both weather‑related and non‑weather‑related events. The work includes site environmental assessments, sampling and testing, preparation of reports, and full project management of remediation activities following disaster incidents. This is a non‑fixed‑price, on‑call contract that will be exercised when emergencies arise across the district’s ~19 school facilities. • Scope includes hazardous material assessment, soil/ground‑water testing, and remediation planning. • Vendors must manage the entire remediation process from investigation through completion. • Services are required on an as‑needed basis; no guaranteed volume, but the district expects multiple incidents per year.
