Janitorial Services: MnDOT Virginia Headquarters

The State of Minnesota is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial and housekeeping services on a daily basis (M-F) for the MnDOT Virginia Headquarters. The contractor will provide labor only, and the State will provide all necessary equipment and supplies. The contract term is anticipated to be from September 15, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional 36 months. • The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on August 25, 2026. • The contractor must submit a written response, including completed attachments and a price proposal. • The State reserves the right to reject any and all responses, and to negotiate with the highest scoring responder. • The contract will be awarded based on best value, and the State reserves the right to consider documented past performance.
