OKTOBERFEST 2025 TENT AND EQUIPMENT RENTAL

The City of Sierra Vista is soliciting quotes for the rental of multiple large walled tents, fire extinguishers, string lights, tables, and chairs with included delivery, set up and tear down costs for the Oktoberfest 2025 event in Veterans Memorial Park on September 12 - 14, 2025. The scope of work includes delivering and setting up the rentals between September 8 and 11, 2025, and breaking down and picking up the rentals on September 15, 2025. The city is seeking quotes from qualified, licensed contractors who can provide the specified goods and services. • The rentals include 4 large walled tents, 56 tent poles, 4 fire extinguishers, 1 tent solid wall, 4000sq ft of light string, 3200sq ft of string lights, 80 tables, and 560 white plastic folding chairs. • The city requires the vendor to provide all labor, travel, resources, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary to complete the installation and setup of the rentals. • The vendor must submit a quote that includes all costs associated with the rental, including delivery, set up, and tear down. • The city reserves the right to reject any bid, all bids, or any part of any bid presented and re-advertise for bids.
