Substance Use and Mental Health Stabilization Program

The Clark County Office of Clinical and Community Services is seeking qualified firms to provide substance use and mental health stabilization program services to needy residents of Clark County. The services aim to assist individuals who are not assisted by other state, federal, or local programs.
