Budget estimate

$3,000,000 – $8,000,000

No contract value is disclosed. Based on typical mid‑size municipal park construction projects that include playgrounds, fitness equipment, ponds, lighting, and extensive site furnishings, total contract values in Georgia commonly range between $5 million and $10 million. Assuming a 10 %‑15 % contractor margin, the expected earnings for the primary contractor would likely fall between roughly $3 million (low end) and $8 million (high end). Factors influencing the final amount include the final design of the ponds, the selected equipment manufacturers, and any unforeseen site conditions.
