Construction of Vines Park Phase II

The County of Gwinnett is seeking a qualified general contractor to construct Phase II of Vines Park, delivering new park amenities, playgrounds, a dog park, trails, a model‑railroad pavilion, parking, and related site improvements. The work includes grading, utility installation, storm‑water structures, paving, installation of playground and fitness equipment, site furnishings, lighting, and associated civil works.
