MN DNR New London Hatchery Minnow Purchase

The State of Minnesota, Department of Natural Resources, is seeking to purchase live fathead minnows for the New London Hatchery. The contractor must be able to deliver the minnows to the specified location. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $10,000 to $30,000. The contract term is anticipated to be from August 2026 to December 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional one year. • The contractor must provide live fathead minnows that meet the specifications detailed in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work. • The contractor must submit a response that includes the required documentation, such as Attachment A: Responder Declarations and Attachment D: Additional Information. • The contractor must comply with all terms and conditions of the solicitation, including the prohibition on submitting trade secret material. • The contractor must provide a price schedule document that meets the requirements of the solicitation.
