The initial order is anticipated to be 100 units of the Avaya J179 IP Phone (Black), SIP or H.323 with 14’ CAT6 White Patch Cord. Bidders must submit their proposals through the Public Purchase online bidding system by March 16, 2026, at 2:00:00 p.m. Mountain Time. • The bid includes the price per unit and the total bid price for 100 units. • The bidder must agree to make delivery within a specified number of days after receipt of the order. • The bidder must certify that no Federal, State, County, or Municipal tax is included in the quoted prices. • The bidder must sign the bid and upload it onto the Public Purchase site. • The bidder must provide a Resident Certification Number (if applicable).
