J063--Fire System Modification Elevator Recall repairs

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide fire system modification and elevator recall repairs at the West Haven VA Medical Center in Connecticut. The contractor will be responsible for initial testing and troubleshooting, equipment installation, wiring, and removal of un-needed equipment. The contractor must bring the elevator fire systems up to the current NFPA code and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Fire Protection Design Manual. The work must be completed within 30 days of the notice to proceed.
