Annual Contract for Event Inflatables, Rides, Entertainment, & Event

The Recreation and Park Commission for the Parish of East Baton Rouge is seeking bids for an annual contract for event inflatables, rides, entertainment, and event accessories. The contract will include the provision of various inflatables, rides, and entertainment services for events held by the commission. The contractor will be responsible for delivering, setting up, and breaking down the equipment, as well as providing attendants to ensure proper use. The contract term will be for 12 months, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods.
