RFQ for Planning & Design Services

The City of Siloam Springs is seeking statements of qualifications from planning and design firms to develop a Park System Strategic Master Plan. The plan will be developed in partnership with the Northwest Arkansas District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI NWA). The selected firm will be responsible for providing planning and design services. • The RFQ and all other information can be found at https://arkansas.uli.org/get-involved/programs/plan-local/siloam-springs/ • The deadline for submission of qualifications is September 2, 2026, by 2:00 PM CDT • Submissions must be submitted electronically in PDF format to Jessica Lewallen, ULI Northwest Arkansas • All submissions must be received prior to the deadline, and responses received after the deadline date and time will be considered late and will be rejected, without exception
