Custodial Services KWMU

The University of Missouri is seeking proposals for custodial services. The successful respondent will be responsible for providing custodial services to the University. The scope of work includes furnishing and delivering custodial services. The University requires that all respondents completely inspect the building RFP prior to submitting proposals to determine all requirements associated with the contract. A site tour is scheduled for July 7, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM. • The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. • The University reserves the right to cancel the contract with 30 days' notice if it determines that it has not received adequate appropriations. • The respondent shall not discriminate against any recipients of services or employees on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, pregnancy, age, disability, protected veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable state or federal law. • The respondent shall comply with all applicable state and federal laws, rules, regulations, and executive orders applicable to subcontractors of government contractors or to contractors of grant recipients. • The University affords equal opportunity to individuals with disabilities in its employment, services, programs, and activities. • The respondent shall deliver all applicable services and products in reasonable compliance with University standards. • The respondent shall provide the University with an Accessibility Conformance Report detailing the product's current accessibility according to WCAG standards.
