The County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department is seeking qualified companies to enter into Master Agreements with the County to provide various Telecommunication services. The services include Data Network Services, Secure Web Gateway Services, UC Cloud VoIP Services, Cloud Contact Center Services, Legacy Services, and SMS Outbound Text Message Solution. The contract will have a term of 10 years with four 2-year option periods and two 6-month option periods.
