Propane

The Bureau of Indian Education is seeking a contractor to provide propane for its facilities in Belcourt, North Dakota. The contractor will be responsible for delivering propane as needed, including same-day delivery in emergency situations. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027. The contractor must have experience providing similar products and must be able to demonstrate their capability to deliver propane on an as-needed basis. • The contractor must have a plan in place for managing emergencies and adverse weather conditions. • The contractor must be able to independently monitor tank levels and ensure that tanks do not reach critically low levels. • The contractor must have a backup distributor in place in case of an emergency. • The contractor must be able to provide propane to multiple locations, including schools and bus garages. • The contractor must be able to provide documentation of delivery, including receipts and invoices.
