Budget estimate

$300,000 – $600,000

Because the solicitation does not disclose a total budget, we estimate based on typical costs for lead‑and‑copper water analysis. Assuming an average analysis fee of $40 per sample (including labor, equipment, and reporting) and a kit cost of $5 per kit, the 10,280 samples/kits would generate roughly $410,000 for analysis plus $51,000 for kits. Adding shipping and administrative overhead (~$5,000) yields a total contract value in the range of $300,000 to $600,000, depending on negotiated unit rates and any volume discounts the vendor can secure.
