Occupational Therapy Services

The Colonial School District (with Red Clay Consolidated) is seeking a qualified provider to deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to its K‑12 student population for the 2026‑27 school year. The contractor will conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with teachers, IEP teams, and other support staff, all on an in‑person basis within district schools. The contract is a one‑year base term (August 3 2026 – August 2 2027) with the possibility of renewal, and the district may award multiple vendors to ensure coverage. Bidders must submit a single all‑inclusive hourly rate, hold the required Delaware OT license, carry $1 M general and professional liability insurance, and pass background and child‑protection checks. • Provide full‑range OT services: assessments, individualized therapy, group sessions, documentation, and team collaboration. • Must be able to staff three full‑time OT positions (2025‑26) and potentially additional part‑time capacity for 2026‑27. • In‑person service delivery only; travel between two schools (3‑5 mi) may be required. • No bid deposit or performance bond; submit hourly rate, insurance proof, three business references, and certification of non‑collusion.
