The State of Maine is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive support, maintenance, and enhancement services for the ReEmployME case‑management application. This five‑year contract (with two optional five‑year renewals) will cover defect resolution, 24/7 emergency support, cloud‑hosting management on AWS, security and compliance obligations, and optional modernization initiatives such as new data models, front‑end redesign, and mobile‑app development.
