Description
The City of Wilmington seeks up to two qualified hotel or short‑term rental operators to provide optional temporary‑relocation lodging for residents displaced by housing‑rehabilitation projects. Lodging units must be within Wilmington city limits, include cooking facilities, and be delivered within ten business days of a relocation notice. The contractor will coordinate with the city’s Affordable Housing Manager and must meet insurance, registration, and MBE/DBE requirements.
