Intent to Sole Source - Ninja Sustainment

The United States Air Force is seeking a sole source contractor for the warranty renewal of the Ninja Annual Software Support, Ninja Gen2 System Warranty Extension, and Ninja TRX System Warranty Extension. The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, equipment, tools, and labor to complete the items described in each Contract Line Item (CLIN) in accordance with applicable local and national codes, UFC’s (Unified Facilities Criteria), Air Force Instruction (AFI), and Air National Guard AFI Supplements. The scope of work includes Ninja Annual Software Support, Library Updates, and Customer Service / Help Desk Support / Support Web-portal Access, as well as Ninja Gen2 System Hardware Warranty Extension. • The contractor must provide all necessary materials, equipment, tools, and labor. • The contractor must comply with applicable local and national codes, UFC’s, AFI, and Air National Guard AFI Supplements. • The scope of work includes software support, library updates, customer service, and hardware warranty extension.
