Staffing/HR Services

The Goodbuy agency is seeking vendors to provide staffing and HR services to its members. The selected vendors will be responsible for providing temporary employees, conducting background checks, and performing other related tasks. The contract will be valid from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027. The vendors will be required to have a single point of contact for Goodbuy members, work with members to determine their needs, and allow members to interview potential employees. • The vendor will provide background screening and/or criminal checks of prospective employees. • The vendor will confirm availability of temporary employees within 4 hours to 1 business day. • The vendor will instruct employees on proper attire for the position. • The vendor will replace any employee who fails to perform the required duties or adhere to the member's directions within two working days at no cost to the Goodbuy member.
