30-270007-EIPD Janitorial Services - Morganton

The State of North Carolina, Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide janitorial services for the DEIPD office located at 200 Enola Rd., Morganton, NC 28655. The contract term is for one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary cleaning services, supplies, and products. • The office has 16,400 square feet, with two floors. • The vendor will be required to vacuum and dust all cloth bottom chairs, wash and dry all interior and exterior glass, dust all Venetian blinds, shampoo all carpet, and completely sweep, strip, rewax, and buff all tile and linoleum floors. • The vendor will also be required to provide monthly, bi-annual, and annual tasks as outlined in the attachment. • The vendor must attend a mandatory site visit on August 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM ET. • The vendor must submit all questions and bids through the Sourcing Tool. • The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to negotiate with one or more vendors.
