Fiscal Year 2027 - Joint/Crack Sealing

The Boone County Public Works Department is seeking bids from qualified vendors and contractors to provide joint/crack sealing services for Fiscal Year 2027. The contract will begin on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027. The successful bidder will be required to provide verification of insurance coverage and maintain the insurance coverage for the duration of the contract. The bidder will also be responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contract term is for 12 months, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. • The bidder must provide joint/crack sealing services for asphalt and concrete pavements. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including OSHA regulations and bloodborne pathogens. • The bidder must provide descriptive literature and samples of the materials to be used. • The bidder must have the necessary insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, auto liability, and workers' compensation.
