MIL DEPT - Environmental Services

The State of Vermont Military Department is seeking a contractor to provide environmental services at multiple locations throughout the state. The contract is for 2 years, with options to extend for a total of 5 years. Contractors must comply with DoD Access Control standards and procedures, and provide a signed "VTARNG BASE ACCESS REGISTRATION/RECORD CHECK" form for each associated employee. The contractor will be responsible for providing environmental services, including but not limited to, waste management, recycling, and conservation. • The contractor must have experience in providing environmental services to government agencies or similar organizations. • The contractor must have a proven track record of compliance with environmental regulations and standards. • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach to providing environmental services, including a description of their services, pricing, and qualifications. • The contractor must be able to provide references from previous clients. • The contractor must be able to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Vermont Environmental Protection Act.
