Yavapai County Sheriff's Office Inmate Food Service

The Yavapai County Sheriff's Office is seeking a Food Service Management Company (FSMC) to provide food services to the inmate population and staff at the Yavapai County Jail district. The selected FSMC will be responsible for all aspects of food service operations, including supply ordering, inventory management, menu development, meal preparation, kitchen equipment maintenance, and food service-related grievances. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to extend for up to four additional one-year terms. The FSMC will be required to provide on-site staff to perform all aspects of food service operations. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing food services to the inmate population and staff at the Yavapai County Jail district • Managing all aspects of food service operations, including supply ordering, inventory management, and kitchen equipment maintenance • Developing menus and preparing meals for the inmate population and staff • Maintaining food service-related equipment and facilities • Providing excellent customer service to the inmate population and staff
