The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide underground storage tank testing, inspection, and maintenance services at the Edward Hines VA Medical Center. The contract will include monthly UST compliance inspections, annual UST and AST compliance inspections, and preventative maintenance. The contractor will be required to provide pricing for the services, including de-commissioning of two ASTs and UST 40,000-gallon polishing.
