Two (2) Year Contract for the Supply of Diesel and Gasoline

The Jefferson Parish Department of Fleet Management is seeking a two-year contract for the supply of diesel and gasoline (bulk fuel) for its various departments. The contract will be used throughout the year for fuel distribution, and in emergency situations such as severe weather events. The contractor must provide fuel that meets or exceeds federal and state specifications, and must have the capability to deliver fuel within 48 hours of notification. The contractor must also provide two fuel tankers, two bobtail tankers, and four drivers on an as-needed basis during hurricane season or other declared emergencies. • The contract will be for a period of 24 months, from October 12, 2026, to October 11, 2028. • The contractor must supply fuel to various locations in Jefferson Parish, including pump stations and other facilities. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and labor standards. • The contractor must provide insurance certificates and other documentation as required by the parish.
