Solicitation Waiver, Annual Inspections

The State Public Works Division is seeking a non-competitive contract with Sierra Controls for annual inspections of RTU sites and instruments. The contract will include preventative maintenance, software support, and professional services. Sierra Controls is the authorized vendor for the SCADA system and has extensive knowledge of the system. The contract is expected to start on August 1, 2024, and end on July 31, 2028. The total estimated value of the contract is $153,547.50. • Annual inspection of RTU sites and instruments • Preventative maintenance of the HMI computer • Starlink internet and remote access • Database backups and data sharing with other agencies • Software support and professional services • The contract is for a period of 48 months • The vendor is required to have extensive knowledge of the SCADA system
