2027 TVC Annual Conference

The Texas Veterans Commission is seeking a qualified venue to provide lodging, meeting space, food and beverage services, and associated audio/visual support for the 2027 TVC Annual Conference. The selected venue must offer sufficient guest rooms, meeting facilities, and event support services necessary to successfully host a statewide conference of this scale. The conference will be conducted over three consecutive days, with a total of four room nights required to accommodate attendee arrival and departure schedules. • The facility shall provide lodging accommodations that support attendee comfort, accessibility, operational needs, and compliance with State of Texas travel requirements. • The facility shall provide meeting rooms, general session space, breakout rooms, registration areas, and planning support areas necessary for successful conference operations. • The facility shall provide all meeting rooms, conference services, audio/visual support, parking, and related services necessary to successfully host the 2027 TVC Annual Conference. • The facility shall provide a minimum of 2088 total direct-bill room nights for conference attendees. • The facility shall provide a minimum of five (10) ADA-compliant accessible guest rooms per day. • The facility shall provide ten (10) guest rooms equipped with refrigerators and microwaves to support attendees with dietary restrictions and medical needs.
