Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) Phoenix Area Office is issuing a Special Notice to obtain capability information for a short‑term, six‑month bridge contract that will provide 24/7 nurse telephone triage and advice‑line services to American Indian and Alaska Native beneficiaries at four service units in AZ, NV, CA, and UT. The bridge contract is intended to maintain continuity while a competitive, area‑wide solicitation is developed for the longer‑term requirement. Interested vendors may submit capability information demonstrating they can begin full performance by October 5 2026, staff qualified RNs, operate a toll‑free line, and meet all licensing, credentialing, privacy, and reporting requirements. The Government may consider additional sources if they can satisfy the immediate need, but the primary intended source is Risen Video Production, LLC, due to its existing performance for IHS.
