Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Counterterrorism Guides

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to award a sole‑source contract to QuickSeries Publishing Inc. for the development and delivery of electronic security‑awareness training guides (E‑Guides) covering a wide range of transportation modes, including pipeline, highway, mass transit, rail, school bus, motorcoach, and cybersecurity. The guides will be provided in an electronic application format and are intended to support TSA’s Surface Operations (SO) security awareness program. Interested parties may express interest within ten days of the notice, but the solicitation is not a competitive request.
