Propane

The Bureau of Indian Education is seeking a contractor to provide propane to the Pine Ridge School in South Dakota. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, from 09/01/2026 to 08/31/2027. The contractor will be required to deliver propane on a bi-weekly basis and as needed, and to install electronic tank monitoring devices to monitor tank levels. The contractor will also be responsible for preventing and cleaning up any propane spills that may occur. • The contract is set aside for Indian Economic Enterprise small business concerns. • The contractor must provide an all-inclusive firm fixed price quote. • The contractor must complete and submit the DIAR IEE representation form. • The contractor must identify their company Tax ID, Cage Code, and UEI number in the quote. • The contractor must include a current point of contact information in the quote. • The contractor must acknowledge all amendments. • The contractor must be properly registered in SAM.gov to include small business status.
