Description
The Reno Housing Authority is seeking development finance consulting services. The selected consultant will provide expertise in development finance to support the authority's goals. The scope of work includes providing financial analysis, identifying funding opportunities, and developing financial plans. Key responsibilities will include:
• Analyzing financial data and market trends to inform development decisions
• Identifying and pursuing funding opportunities from government agencies, private investors, and other sources
• Developing and implementing financial plans to support development projects
• Collaborating with authority staff and other stakeholders to achieve development goals
The authority is looking for a consultant with experience in development finance, financial analysis, and project management. The selected consultant will be expected to provide high-quality services, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with authority staff and stakeholders.
