Soccer Referee Services

The City of Chesapeake is seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide soccer referee services for the Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Department. The contract will be for a period of one year with four optional one-year renewals. The contractor will be responsible for providing certified referees for youth soccer games, ensuring that each game is refereed by at least one official, and providing a complete list of certified officials at the beginning of each season.
