Janitorial Products

The City of St. Joseph is seeking statements of qualifications from vendors to establish a qualified vendor listing for the supply and delivery of high-volume consumable janitorial products for all City facilities. The initial contract term shall be for one year, with automatic renewals for up to two additional one-year terms. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and award a contract in the manner deemed to be in the best interest of the City. • The contract will be considered a preferred-use contract, but facilities may not use the contract if it does not meet their needs. • Products will be ordered on an as-needed basis, and the City does not guarantee any minimum purchase quantity or expenditure under the resulting contract. • The City facility will seek quotes from at least three awarded vendors to obtain firm, fixed pricing based on the vendor’s current catalog/price list. • The QVL vendor shall complete and return the request for pricing by the specified deadline in order for the QVL vendor's price quote to be considered.
