North Dakota National Guard Telco Services

The US Army is seeking a small business to provide statewide telco services for the North Dakota National Guard. The services include primary rate interface (PRI) T-1's to the central office for local voice service, as well as the provision of direct inward dial (DID) numbers. The contractor will be responsible for providing a list of all T-1's, maintaining the central office switch equipment, and performing restorative services within established timeframes. The contract start date is projected to be May 22, 2025. Key services and requirements include: • Providing 2500 DID numbers in Bismarck, 460 DID numbers in Fargo, 300 DID numbers in Grand Forks, and 80 DID numbers in Valley City • Providing primary interexchange carrier services for all T-1's, T-1 channels, and ISDN services • Blocking all third-party billing and 900 numbers • Providing international outbound calls on a monthly basis • Maintaining the central office switch equipment and performing restorative services within established timeframes
