Subtance Use Disorder, Mental Health and Integrated Treatment for Drug Court

The Superior Court of Alameda County is seeking qualified providers to deliver a comprehensive continuum of substance‑use‑disorder and mental‑health services to adult participants in its collaborative drug courts. Services include outpatient, intensive outpatient, perinatal care, residential treatment, recovery housing, integrated co‑occurring disorder treatment, transportation, and urinalysis testing, serving roughly 240 clients. Bidders must demonstrate at least two years of experience in the specific modality they propose, submit detailed technical and cost proposals (two separate emails), and comply with extensive state certifications and de‑barment checks. The contract will be awarded on an estimated basis in May 2026, with an initial term up to three years and one‑year renewal options through September 2028.
