RFP#10728 - 2026-2027 District Capital Outlay

Portage Public Schools is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver capital outlay furnishings, storage systems, and instructional/facility equipment for multiple district locations. The selected vendor(s) shall furnish, deliver, assemble, and where applicable install the items described in this RFP and its appendices. The categories of work include administrative furniture, classroom furniture, art equipment, storage systems, instructional equipment, and site & facility items. • Administrative furniture: electronic height-adjustable desks, lateral file cabinets, fire-resistant file cabinets, and health room seating • Classroom furniture: collaborative seating, collaborative tables, and four-station workbenches with storage lockers • Art equipment: educational kiln equipment • Storage systems: block storage carts and 4-shelf metal freestanding storage systems • Instructional equipment: educational kiln equipment • Site & facility items: playground fence shielding and exterior sidewalk signage The proposal shall include all costs necessary to furnish, deliver, and install the proposed items at the designated district locations. The district reserves the right to inspect all delivered items and reject any items that are damaged, defective, incomplete, or do not meet the specifications of the awarded proposal.
