The City of Hermosa Beach is seeking a qualified contractor to perform immediate, high‑priority structural repairs to the municipal pier. The scope includes concrete deck‑panel replacement, deck strengthening with CFRP laminates, soffit spall repairs, epoxy crack injection, bench removal/re‑installation, stainless‑steel confinement bands on piles, and associated traffic‑control, environmental protection, and site‑cleanup measures. The work must be completed within a 65‑working‑day schedule and comply with stringent California coastal and environmental regulations, including nesting‑bird protections.
