Ocean Center On-Demand Show and Event Equipment Rental Services

The County of Volusia is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide on-demand rental equipment and materials for shows, events, exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and competitive arts events hosted throughout the year at the Daytona Beach Ocean Center. The selected vendor will be required to provide a wide range of equipment and materials to supplement the Ocean Center's existing in-house inventory. The contract will be for an initial term of three years with the option for two one-year renewals. • The vendor must be able to provide equipment and materials on short notice to support the diverse range of events hosted at the Ocean Center. • The vendor must have experience in providing similar services to large event venues. • The vendor must be able to provide a comprehensive catalog of available rental inventory. • The vendor must be able to provide response times as described in the Scope of Work. • The vendor must be able to provide proof of local business presence if required.
