Pigeon Control and Clean up at the Supreme Court and Campos Building, Las Vegas

The State of Nevada Purchasing Division is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide pigeon control and clean-up services for the Supreme Court Building and Campos Building in Las Vegas. The awarded vendor will provide all labor, materials, services, skills, supervision, and necessary tools and equipment needed to perform a full range of roof cleaning and pigeon waste cleanup services. The contract term is expected to be four years, subject to Board of Examiners approval. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing monthly pigeon control and clean-up services • Pressure washing all pigeon mess and removing any nests • Using pigeon spikes and chemical deterrents to keep pigeons away from the buildings • Maintaining all required insurance coverages • Attending a mandatory site visit on May 8, 2026, at 9:00 am • Complying with all mandatory minimum requirements, including Nevada law and state indemnity, no boycott of Israel, and vendor certifications.
