Budget Estimate (AI):

$500,000 – $1,500,000

No total contract value is disclosed. Based on the quantity of equipment (≈2,200 AP licenses, 315 switches, 80 UPS units, extensive cabling) and typical market prices (AP licenses ~$200‑$250 each, switches $1,200‑$2,000 each, UPS $1,000‑$1,500 each, cabling services $150‑$250 per drop), the gross material cost likely falls between $1.0 M and $1.8 M. After the E‑Rate discount (often 50‑70 % for eligible schools), the net amount the City would pay could be roughly $500 k‑$1.2 M. Including installation labor, warranty, and project management, a realistic total contract award range is about $600 k to $1.5 M.
