FY26 EFT Services - ABC PM

The Alabama ABC Board is seeking Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) services to facilitate the electronic collection of payments of mixed-beverage alcoholic products at ABC-operated locations statewide. The selected supplier must support a secure file-integration process, ensure continuous and uninterrupted processing of all EFT transactions, and provide a fixed, per-transaction cost for the entirety of the service period. The key requirements of the service include: • File Integration: The supplier must support a secure file-integration process that enables the Alabama ABC Board to transmit invoice data for timely and accurate payment collection. • Technical Implementation: The supplier is responsible for all technical setup, configuration, and integration necessary to establish and maintain EFT services. • Service Continuity: The supplier must ensure continuous, uninterrupted processing of all EFT transactions throughout the contract term. • Pricing Structure: Pricing must be provided as a fixed, per-transaction cost for the entirety of the service period. • Invoicing: The supplier shall issue invoices on a monthly basis, billed in arrears.
