Golf Course Management and Maintenance Services

The City of Modesto is seeking proposals for golf course management and maintenance services. The selected proposer will be responsible for providing full-service management and maintenance of the golf course, including turf and landscape maintenance, irrigation system maintenance and repairs, arbor care, vandalism repair allowance, equipment operations and maintenance, utilities, and staffing. The proposer must also provide a detailed business plan, qualifications and certifications of personnel, and proposed equipment. The City will evaluate proposals based on a 100-point scale, with criteria including references, background of firm, detailed business plan, qualifications and certifications of personnel, proposed equipment, and cost. • The proposal must include a pricing schedule that includes all labor, materials, equipment, tools, fuel, licenses, bonds, insurance, and other expenses necessary to perform the required services. • The proposer must also provide a copy of the current fringe benefit statement and ensure that the City has a copy of the current, applicable statement on file during the term of the agreement. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informalities or minor irregularities in a proposal.
