Facility Water Management Program

The City of North Las Vegas is seeking bids from qualified and experienced agencies to provide chemical and water treatment services at seven City facilities. The selected Respondent will be responsible for maintaining a reliable water treatment program, controlling scale, corrosion, and organic growth, and providing emergency response services. The contract term is three years with two one-year extensions at the sole discretion of the City Manager. • The Respondent will provide chemicals and service by a dedicated representative on a regular basis to ensure the water treatment program is working as presented. • The Respondent will manage all systems, including cooling towers, closed loops, and support systems, to ensure established industry specifications and regulations are met. • The Respondent will identify hazardous conditions in the current water treatment process and propose a plan to improve the City's safety. • The Respondent will provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for each chemical used onsite. • The Respondent will utilize a non-acid system for cooling tower water treatment program. • The Respondent will provide proper containment for all chemicals utilized.
