The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a contractor to provide Family Preservation – Parenting Time Visitation Support Services. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing direct family assistance and parenting time support services to clients. The contract term is three years with up to two one-year renewal options. The evaluation criteria include experience and qualifications, delivery capability, service capability and understanding, and instructions for bidders and vendor questions worksheet. • The contractor must have experience in providing similar services. • The contractor must demonstrate the ability to deliver the required services. • The contractor must have a clear understanding of the services required and the outcomes to be measured. • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed plan for service delivery, including staffing allocations, worker qualifications, and duration and frequency of services.
