RFP-Salesforce Consulting Services-Addendum 1

The Rhode Island Commerce Corporation is seeking a qualified firm to provide Salesforce consulting services, including implementation, customization, and on-going support for system maintenance, upgrades, and fixes. The scope of work includes providing support for the Corporation's Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, which is currently using the Sales & Service Cloud - Enterprise Edition. The selected vendor will be expected to provide a team of certified consultants to work on the project, and the contract is expected to be for a period of one year. The Corporation is looking for a vendor that can provide a comprehensive solution, including support for custom objects, flows, and Apex components, as well as integration with third-party systems. Some key features of the project include: • Providing support for the Corporation's Salesforce CRM system • Implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions • Providing on-going support for system maintenance, upgrades, and fixes • Integrating with third-party systems, such as D&B Connect and HubSpot • Providing training and documentation to Corporation staff • Ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
