PreK Pyramid Model Implementation Professional Development

The Agency of Education is seeking a qualified vendor to support the state-wide implementation of the Pyramid Model of Practices in Prequalified Universal Prekindergarten and other Early Childhood Education programs. The vendor will provide professional development, coaching, and technical assistance to programs, as well as build the capacity of the State Leadership Team and measure the impact of the implementation. The contract will be for a period of 3 years with an option to renew for up to two additional twelve-month periods. • The vendor will provide virtual and in-person professional development activities to cohorts of up to 30 Prequalified Universal Prekindergarten providers per year. • The vendor will provide on-site and virtual coaching support for 2 years for each cohort. • The vendor will provide access to recorded training modules and specialized PD topics. • The vendor will facilitate monthly virtual State Leadership Team meetings and communities of practice sessions. • The vendor will develop, deploy, and collect participant attendance, satisfaction, and change in practice surveys. • The vendor will provide an annual impact report comprised of survey responses and PIDS data.
