The U.S. Army’s Area Support Group in Jordan is conducting market research for a lease of forty (40) non‑tactical commercial vehicles to support operations throughout Jordan. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price lease with a 12‑month base year and possible 12‑month extensions, including full‑service maintenance, Jordanian registration, and comprehensive insurance. Vendors must be able to supply a mixed fleet of SUVs, pickups, and passenger vans that meet specified safety, performance, and equipment standards, and must provide 24‑hour loaner/replacement support. • Quantity: 40 COTS non‑tactical vehicles (mix of full‑size SUVs, mid‑size SUVs, crew‑cab pickups, and passenger vans). • Requirements: Jordanian commercial registration, full insurance, turn‑key delivery, preventive & corrective maintenance, 24‑hour loaner SLA, and optional protective/off‑road packages. • Contract terms: 12‑month base year with subsequent 12‑month ordering periods; optional 6‑month extension; firm‑fixed‑price lease covering delivery, upkeep, registration, and insurance.
