EVENT PROFESSIONAL DECORATION SERVICES

The U.S. Embassy is seeking a contractor to provide event professional decoration services for an outdoor event to be held during the summer. The contractor will be responsible for the design, provision, and installation of decorations. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion, and the resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type purchase order. • The event will be held outdoors during the summer. • The contractor must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database prior to submitting an offer. • The solicitation allows for electronic responses, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposal.
