Prequalification - Annual Contract Indoor Air Quality IAQ

The Palm Beach County is seeking qualified contractors for an annual contract to provide indoor air quality (IAQ) remediation services on an as-needed basis. The contract may be awarded for up to five years with an initial not-to-exceed cumulative amount of $3,000,000. The specific magnitude of the work will be determined by individual work orders issued by the county. • The contract is for IAQ remediation services • The contract may be awarded for up to five years • The initial not-to-exceed cumulative amount is $3,000,000 • Work orders will be generally less than $100,000 each, but may be larger • Contractors must possess all professional licenses or certifications required by the State of Florida and/or Palm Beach County • A non-mandatory WebEx conference will be held on May 10, 2023, at 10:00 A.M.
